Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations & Marketing, the User Experience Representative will play a pivotal role in introducing and promoting iENROLL to drug access navigators (DANs), oncologists and other healthcare professionals, with the aim of ensuring they become regular users of the product. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and established relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in oncology. The successful candidate will also leverage technology to deliver value and enhance users' success, including seamless user registration, onboarding and early experiences.

Primary Responsibilities
- Secure meetings with DANs and oncologists to introduce iENROLL
- Present system features and benefits to ensure optimal user adoption
- On-board new users by assisting with initial setup and all user registrations
- Interact with hospital IT and Privacy as needed to present iENROLL PIA/TRA, enhancing confidence in application security and stability
- Provide regular follow-up with target HCPs to support their success as regular iENROLL users for enrolling patients in Patient Support Programs
- Assist with troubleshooting of day-to-day technical challenges (escalating to IT support as needed)
- Act as the first point of contact for all iENROLL user communication with EMREACH
- Become fully familiar with iENROLL features, functionalities, and product development needs
- Capture user feedback and provide guidance to the internal development team regarding enhancements to optimize user experience
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on oncology
- Breadth of existing relationships in oncology centres
- Solid understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, healthcare landscape, hospital environment and patient services programs
- EMR and/or technology know-how and experience required
